- 2 cups hummus (we love using Homemade Hummus <recipe below> but store bought could also work)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sumac
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Place your hummus in your serving dish
Drizzle with olive oil
Top with tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sumac. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
Serve with crackers, pitas, chips or veggies
