Ingredients
1pizza dough
1cuppesto
1-2cupsmozarella cheese, shredded
1cuparugula
3slicesprosciutto
1tbspbalsamic vinegar glazeif you can't find the glaze, regular balsamic vinegar works as well
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Place your rolled out pizza dough on a large baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
Spread the pesto thinly over the dough
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top
Bake on the center rack in oven for 10-12 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted
Allow to cool slightly and then top with arugula and torn pieces of prosciutto. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy.
