1/2cupbroccoli, finely chopped
4ozCabot Cheese Vermont Sharp Cheddar, shredded
1packagecresent rolld dough (8 count)
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside
In a medium bowl, combine cubed/diced chicken breast and chopped broccoli. Season as needed with salt and pepper (it will depend on how your chicken breast was seasoned before being prepared). Mix to combine
Unroll the cresent roll dough into 8 triangles on the prepared baking sheet
Top each triangle with 1-2 spoons of chicken and broccoli mixture, be sure not to over fill and leave enough space to be able to roll them up
Add 2 oz of the shredded Cabot Cheese to the top of each cresent triangle
Carefully roll the cresents up and pinch the edges to ensure they are fully closed. This will help prevent any of the filling from leaking out during the cooking process.
Place in the oven and bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes
