Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced/cubed can also use leftover rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, finely chopped
  • 4 oz Cabot Cheese Vermont Sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 package cresent rolld dough (8 count)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside
  • In a medium bowl, combine cubed/diced chicken breast and chopped broccoli. Season as needed with salt and pepper (it will depend on how your chicken breast was seasoned before being prepared). Mix to combine
  • Unroll the cresent roll dough into 8 triangles on the prepared baking sheet
  • Top each triangle with 1-2 spoons of chicken and broccoli mixture, be sure not to over fill and leave enough space to be able to roll them up
  • Add 2 oz of the shredded Cabot Cheese to the top of each cresent triangle
  • Carefully roll the cresents up and pinch the edges to ensure they are fully closed. This will help prevent any of the filling from leaking out during the cooking process.
  • Place in the oven and bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes
  • Allow to cool slighlty before enjoying!
