Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 100% Pomegranate Juice (POM Wonderful is our favorite)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the pomegranate juice, frozen banana, and greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the chia seeds and stir to combine. Let the smoothie stand in the fridge for 3-5 minutes to thicken.
