2cupsWhipped Cream Cheese
3tbspDijon Mustard
8-10 ozSmoked Salmon
1Cucumber, thinly sliced
2Tomatoes, sliced
1/4Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/4cupMicrogreens or Sprouts
1Lemon, sliced

Instructions
Arrange all the spreads and toppings on a large platter. Be sure to include spoons/knives for any spreads or dips.
Place bagels nearby. We recommend pre-slicing if you are going to be eating them right away. We also recommend keeping the strong flavored bagels (onion, everything, etc) separate from the other flavors as then tend to rub off on them.
