Ingredients

  • 6 Bagels, assorted
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 8-10 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Microgreens or Sprouts
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • 4 springs Fresh Dill
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 1 tsp Ground Pepper

Instructions

  • Arrange all the spreads and toppings on a large platter. Be sure to include spoons/knives for any spreads or dips.
  • Place bagels nearby. We recommend pre-slicing if you are going to be eating them right away. We also recommend keeping the strong flavored bagels (onion, everything, etc) separate from the other flavors as then tend to rub off on them.
