Ingredients
1poundDry Pasta(We used Banza Cavatappi for a gluten free recipe)
1tbspOlive Oil
1/4cupParmesan Cheese (divided)
1/2tspSalt
1/4tsp Pepper
1tspGarlic Powder
1tbspDried Basil
1cupMarinara Sauce(We used Rao's Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce)
1tspRed Pepper Flakes
1tbspFresh Basil, chopped
Instructions
Pour the marinara sauce into a small bowl. Add red pepper flakes and top with fresh basil. Set aside.
Cook pasta according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain and transfer to large bowl
Add olive oil, 3 tbsp parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried basil to drained pasta. Stir to mix well, so that all pasta is coating with oil and herbs
Place the pasta in the basket of your air fryer. Select air fry option, set temp to 400 degrees and cook for 10-12 minutes. Be sure to toss the pasta halfway through the cooking time
Once cooked, remove and place in serving bowl/platter and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Add dipping sauce on side.
