Ingredients

  • 1 pound Dry Pasta (We used Banza Cavatappi for a gluten free recipe)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Basil
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce (We used Rao's Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce)
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped

Instructions

  • Pour the marinara sauce into a small bowl. Add red pepper flakes and top with fresh basil. Set aside.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain and transfer to large bowl
  • Add olive oil, 3 tbsp parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried basil to drained pasta. Stir to mix well, so that all pasta is coating with oil and herbs
  • Place the pasta in the basket of your air fryer. Select air fry option, set temp to 400 degrees and cook for 10-12 minutes. Be sure to toss the pasta halfway through the cooking time
  • Once cooked, remove and place in serving bowl/platter and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Add dipping sauce on side.
