Nordic Breakfast Toast with Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wasa Whole Grain Crispbreads
  • 2 tbsp Chive Flavored Cream Cheese Alternative we love Kite Hill or simply substitute with actual cream cheese
  • 1 small Persian Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Microgreens or Sprouts of your Choice
  • 3 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 2 Hardboiled Eggs, sliced
  • 1 drizzle Olive Oil
  • Optional Garnish - Everyting but the bagel seasoning blend, fresh lemon, cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Spread each crisp bread with cream cheese, then top with microgreens/sprouts, sliced cucumber, smoked salmon, and sliced egg.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and garnish as desired. We used everything but the bagel seasoning, some fresh lemon and touch of black pepper.
