Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100% Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1 scoop Memore (see note below)
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Berries
  • 2 tbsp Walnuts

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
