Greek Lettuce Salad with Scallions and Dill
Traditionally called either Prasini or Maroulosalata, this Greek Lettuce Salad features scallions, dill, and lemon for a refreshing dish.

- 4 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped/shredded
- 5 scallions, finely sliced (green and white parts)
- 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 3 oz feta, finely crumbled
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, zested
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
Place the lettuce, scallions, dill and feta in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, add lemon zest and lemon juice
Taste and season as needed with salt and pepper
