Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted (if you like it extra sweet, you can add 3 dates)
  • 2 scoops memore (original blend)
  • ice, as needed for consistency

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth
