Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill in a bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  • Recipe Tips -
    - I prefer full fat Greek yogurt but you can choose whichever yogurt you prefer
    - If you don't like the strong flavor of garlic, let your minced garlic sit in the lemon juice for about 5-10 minutes before making the dressing. It will help mellow the flavor.
    - Fresh dill works best in this recipe but you can used dried dill instead
