Ingredients
1cupGreek yogurt, plain
2clovesgarlic, minced
1/2lemon, juiced
1tbspolive oil
2tbspfresh dill, chopped
Pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill in a bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Recipe Tips - - I prefer full fat Greek yogurt but you can choose whichever yogurt you prefer- If you don't like the strong flavor of garlic, let your minced garlic sit in the lemon juice for about 5-10 minutes before making the dressing. It will help mellow the flavor.- Fresh dill works best in this recipe but you can used dried dill instead
