Vegetarian Wonton Bites
An easy appetizer idea featuring creamy hummus, crisp vegetables and crunchy wonton cups. Perfect for parties and vegetarian friendly.

Ingredients
12
square wonton wrappers
non stick cooking spray
or other non-stick cooking spray
8
ounces
hummus
1/2
cup
carrots, shredded
3
green onions
chopped
1/4
cup
cilantro
chopped
2
tbsp
peanuts
rough chop
sriracha
optional, or other hot sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray
Gently press a wonton wrapper into each space on the muffin tray, using fingers to press edges against the sides to create a "bowl"
Bake for 4-6 minutes, until edges are golden brown
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely
Once cooled, add 1-2 tbsp hummus into center of each wonton cup
Top with carrots, green onion, cilantro and peanuts
Drizzle with sriracha
Notes
The wonton cups can be made 1-2 days in advance. Just store at room temperature in a sealable container or bag once cooled.
