- 1/2 bottle Prosecco or champagne
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
Place strawberries in food processor and puree until smooth
Strain out seeds through fine mesh strainer
Place 1-2 tbsp puree in each popsicle mold
Fill each popsicle mold 2/3 of the way full with prosecco
Place in freezer for about 5 hours to set
