- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs peeled and chopped
- 2 medium avocados
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- pinch of salt
Add the avocados to a bowl and mash with a fork
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together
Season with additional salt as needed
