Ingredients

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add the avocados to a bowl and mash with a fork
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix together
  • Season with additional salt as needed
