Ingredients
2cupscranberriesfrozen or fresh
1/2cupcilantro
1/3cupgreen onionschopped
1jalapeƱochopped (remove seeds for less spice)

Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until chopped and combined.
Serve as a dip with crackers, chips or raw veggies. Or serve as a side dish at your meal. Makes great leftovers and tastes amazing as a sandwich spread.
