Prosciutto and Basil Cantaloupe Bites
A simple and refreshing mediterranean inspired summer snack. Less than five ingredients stand between you and this easy appetizer.

- 1/2 cantaloupe
- 3 slices prosciutto
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cut cantaloupe in half and remove seeds with a spoon. Discard seeds
Remove peel from cantaloupe and cut into 1 inch cubes
Top each cantaloupe cube with a small piece of fresh basil and small piece of prosciutto. Add tooth pick to hold each bite together.
Place all on a platter and drizzle with olive oil
