Mediterranean Sautéed Shrimp with Herb Sauce

- 1 pound shrimp raw, deveined, peeled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Chermoula (see below)
If using frozen shrimp, thaw under cold, running water in a strainer
In a medium bowl, combine thawed shrimp, olive oil and salt and pepper
Over medium heat, heat large frying pan on stove
Add seasoned shrimp and heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until shrimp turn pink
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly
Serve with Chermoula Sauce on side
