Grilled Peach Iced Tea with Ginger
A refreshing summer beverage, this Grilled Peach Iced Tea is easy to make and flavored with grilled peaches and zesty ginger.

- 2 Peaches, pitted and sliced seperated into 2 groups
- Cooking Spray
- 10 Tea Bags I prefer black tea but you can use any type you prefer
- 2 quarts Boiling Water
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger, peeled and sliced
- Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish
Heat a grill pan over medium heat on the stove and lightly spray with cooking spray
Grill ½ of the peach slices for 2-3 min on each side
Remove and allow to cool
Place boiling water in a large pitcher
Add sliced ginger, grilled peaches and tea bags. Allow to steep for about 1 hour
Remove tea bags. Pour tea through a fine strainer into a clean pitcher to remove grilled peaches and ginger pieces
Serve tea over ice with remaining peach slices and fresh mint leaves as garnish
