Ingredients
1Applewood Orange & Ginger Cedar Plank Salmon fillet from Cedar Bay Grilling Company - https://cedarbaygrilling.com
3largecucumbersspiralzied to resemble noodles (or thinly sliced if you prefer)
2cupsshredded carrots
3bell peppersthinly sliced
5scallionschopped, both white & green parts
3tbspseseame seedsblack or white, or combination
Sesame Vinegar Dressing
3tbspRice Wine Vinegar
2tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1tbspHoney
1/2lime, juiced
pinchred pepper flakes
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
To prepare the dressing, combine the rice wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil, honey, lime juice and red pepper flakes in a bowl or jar. Stir to combine well, taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Set aside
To prepare the salmon, simply cook directly on cedar plank in 425 degree oven or grill for 18-20 minutes.

Encouarge guests to build their own bowls by layering cucumber noodles, carrots, bell pepper and top with dressing. Sprinkle green onions, sesame seeds over top and add portion of grilled cedar plank salmon on top.
