Ingredients
2cupsfresh basil leaves
2clovesgarlicpeeled and rough chop
1/2cupparmesan cheese
1/4cuppine nuts
2/3cupextra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, add the basil, garlic, parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Pulse to finely chop all ingredients
With the food processor running, slowly add in the olive oil until well combined, thick and creamy. You may not need to use all 2/3 cup of olive oil
