Fish Taco Wraps

These Fish Taco Wraps are the perfect way to enjoy all the same great flavors of traditional fish tacos in a handy wrap, featuring Mini Lavash Flatbread.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage/slaw
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, rough chop
  • 2 sheets Mini Lavash Flatbread from Atoria's Family Bakery

Instructions

  • Heat the tablespoon of olive oil in a cast iron pan over medium heat
  • Season the salmon filets with a pinch of salt and pepper and sear in the cast iron pan for 4-3-4 minutes on each side. Allow to cool slightly before using
  • In a small bowl, combine the greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice and hot sauce. Stir to combine and season if needed with salt and pepper
  • In another bowl, combine the cabbage/slaw and 1/2 of the greek yogurt dressing you just made. Stir to comine
  • On each sheet of lavash, place 1/2 the cabbage slaw layered with sliced avocado, cilantro and top with the cut up salmon. Tightly wrap the flatbread into a wrap and cut in half. Serve with the leftover yogurt dressing on the side.
