These Fish Taco Wraps are the perfect way to enjoy all the same great flavors of traditional fish tacos in a handy wrap, featuring Mini Lavash Flatbread.

Ingredients
2salmon filetscut into 1 inch pieces
1tbspolive oil
pinchsalt and pepper
2cupsshredded cabbage/slaw
1/2cupgreek yogurt, plain
3clovesgarlicminced
1tbsplemon juice
1tsphot sauce
1avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced
2tbspcilantro, rough chop

Instructions
Heat the tablespoon of olive oil in a cast iron pan over medium heat
Season the salmon filets with a pinch of salt and pepper and sear in the cast iron pan for 4-3-4 minutes on each side. Allow to cool slightly before using
In a small bowl, combine the greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice and hot sauce. Stir to combine and season if needed with salt and pepper
In another bowl, combine the cabbage/slaw and 1/2 of the greek yogurt dressing you just made. Stir to comine
On each sheet of lavash, place 1/2 the cabbage slaw layered with sliced avocado, cilantro and top with the cut up salmon. Tightly wrap the flatbread into a wrap and cut in half. Serve with the leftover yogurt dressing on the side.
