Pastrami Roll Ups
A quick and simple snack idea, these Pastrami Rolls Ups are inspired by a rueben sandwich and feature only a few ingredients.

- 6 slices thinly sliced pastrami
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup sauerkraut
- 1 dill pickle, sliced
Lay each slice of pastrami flat on a cutting board or clean surface
brush the inside of each pastrami slice with dijon mustard, then top with a bit of sauerkraut and 2 pickle slices
Carefull roll each pastrami slice up into a roll up. Secure with a toothpick if needed
