Ingredients

rolled oats
1/2
cup
almond butter
2
tbsp
honey
1/4
cup
shredded coconut, unsweetened
Instructions
Place the shredded coconut in In a small, shallow bowl
In a food processor, grind the rolled oats into a finer consistency
In a medium bowl, combine the ground oats, almond butter, and honey. Mix well to combine
Using a small scoop or spoon, roll about a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and then roll the ball into the bowl of shredded coconut
Place on a parchment covered plate and set in the fridge to set
Store in the fridge or freezer
