- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 filets (3-4 oz each) salmon
- 1/2 cup 100% pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Get Recipe Ingredients
Drizzle the bottom of a baking dish with the olive oil
Place the salmon filets on top of the olive oil
Pour the 100% pineapple juice over the salmon and top with the minced garlic and dried parsley
Cover and let marinade for 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
After 20 minutes, uncover and place the fish in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and fish easily flakes with a fork
Let cool slightly before enjoying
