- 3 cups cranberries I use frozen
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 jalapeno, diced seeds removed if you don't like much spice
- 1/4 tsp dried mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add diced jalapeño and allow to sauté for 5 minutes
Add mustard and ginger and stir well to combine. Then add cranberries, water, honey and salt and bring to boil, stirring often
Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes, until sauce is thick and most of the cranberries have burst
Remove from heat and allow to cool
