November Fruits and Vegetables

November brings a beautiful bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Gone are the tomatoes and cucumbers of summer. Instead, we have beautiful jewel toned pomegranates, exotic persimmons and tart cranberries to use in various ways. Winter squash is a plenty and seasonal favorites like pumpkins and Brussels sprouts should be widely available.
