Smoothies can be a great way to fuel your body with protein, healthy fat and fiber for breakfast.


However, there are so many options these days that it can get confusing on how to build a delicious and healthy smoothie. Between the vast array of protein powders, fruit combinations, and extras like chia seeds, flax, collagen peptides and spices, the possibilities for a single smoothie can be overwhelming.

I recently received some samples a product called Blender Bombs, whose mission it is to take the confusion out of eating healthy. A mission I can definitely get on board with.

I received the Goji Acai Coconut flavor and loved it! Each blender bomb contained pecans, dates, açaí, walnuts, local honey, goji berries, coconut, almonds, flax seeds, hemp seeds and bee pollen.

It makes smoothie making simple and that’s how this Strawberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl was created.

The recipe is easy – 1 Blender Bomb, 1 cup frozen strawberries, handful of spinach,  and 1 cup macadamia  milk. I garnished it was a few more strawberries and topped it with unsweetened shredded coconut. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 Goji Acai Coconut Blender Bomb
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 cup macadamia milk any non-dairy milk or water is fine
  • Optional Garnish - sliced strawberries shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Place ingredients (not garnish) in blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pour into bowl (or cup) and garnish if desired.
  • Enjoy!
