Customizable Tuna Salad Recipe
I find tuna salad to be one of those things that people have a preference on how they like to make it.
Growing up, my mom always made it with canned tuna, onions, celery, hardboiled egg and lots of mayo. It was a family favorite.
These days, this super simple tuna salad recipe is how I make it for my family. However, it is easy to completely customize to your liking.
For example, you could make the following changes –
- Sub regular mustard for dijon
- Replace the mustard with greek yogurt or mayo if you prefer it creamy
- Add diced onions
- Omit the pickles if they aren’t your thing
