A red and pink themed Valentine’s Day Snack Board that is easy to put together and filled with fun and festive, simple ingredients.
Valentine’s Day Treats
Whatever your plans include for Valentine’s Day, it’s fun sometimes to celebrate with themed snacks.
I’ve always kind of viewed Valentine’s Day as more of a kid holiday or maybe it’s just the fact that my husband and I have been “dating” for 25 years so V-day isn’t high on our list of celebrations.
While I love candy, especially conversation hearts, I also believe in balance. Just check out these Kid Friendly Valentine’s Day Treats, all about balancing out the candy and treats with fruit, smoothies and yogurt.
Valentine’s Day Snack Board
This snack board is an example of creating balance. It’s a mixture of candy, fresh fruit, graham crackers and dark chocolate covered pretzels.
Some other ideas you could include –
- nuts
- popcorn
- grapes
- whole wheat crackers
- peanut butter
- yogurt
- dried fruit
This Healthy Yogurt Dip would be great on a snack board!
