Ingredients
3tbsporange juice
3tbsp soy sauce
1clovegarlic, minced
1tbsp srirachacan omit if don't want a little spice
Garnish - sesame seeds, scallions
6-8ouncesSalmon
Instructions
In a small bowl or jar,combine the orange juice, soy sauce, minced garlic and sriracha. Mix well to combine
Place salmon in a sealable bag or large dish. Pour marinade over salmon, cover allow to marinade for 20 minutes
Once ready, place salmon in the air fryer. Press air fry button, set to 390 degrees and set time for 7 minutes.
Check if salmon is done by using a fork to lightly pull off a piece from the top. If salmon lightly flakes off with fork, it's done. Top with optional sesame seed and sliced scallions if desired.
