Avocado Toast and Fruit Plate
Taking the avocado toast we all know and love but adding a fresh fruit and heart healthy salmon to a balanced plate perfect any time of day.

- 1 slice toast
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt, to taste
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 1 kiwi, sliced in half
- 1/4 cup grapefruit sections
- 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning blend
Spread your avocado over your slice of toast. Season with lemon juice, red pepper, and salt.
Place on plate with sliced kiwi and grapefruit sections. Drizzle smoked salmon with a bit of olive oil and add everting but the bagel seasoning blend.
