Avocado Toast and Fruit Plate

Taking the avocado toast we all know and love but adding a fresh fruit and heart healthy salmon to a balanced plate perfect any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice toast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 kiwi, sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup grapefruit sections
  • 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning blend

Instructions

  • Spread your avocado over your slice of toast. Season with lemon juice, red pepper, and salt.
  • Place on plate with sliced kiwi and grapefruit sections. Drizzle smoked salmon with a bit of olive oil and add everting but the bagel seasoning blend.
