All About that Dressing
I am a salad girl through and through. Growing up, we always had a green salad with dinner every single night. As I’ve gotten older, I don’t have a salad nightly but I still get excited when I get to dig into a big old salad.
My favorite part…the dressing. A good dressing can make or break a salad.

Recipe Tips
This recipe is simple but there are a few tips for making it the best –
- I prefer full fat Greek yogurt but you can choose whichever yogurt you prefer
- If you don’t like the strong flavor of garlic, let your minced garlic sit in the lemon juice for about 5-10 minutes before making the dressing. It will help mellow the flavor.
