My Family’s Mediterranean Weekly Meal Plan
In an effort to share how my family and I are incorporating the principles of the mediterranean diet into our way of life, I’m sharing our weekly dinner menu.
These are the Guidelines for The Mediterranean Diet that I try to fit into our meals and lifestyle. Please note that it doesn’t always go according to our plan and that is perfectly fine. I use my weekly menu as a guide for buying groceries and meals but sometimes life happens and it doesn’t follow this plan exactly as written.
